Autumn 2025 Offering
We have an exciting line up of transformative experiences this autumn. Note that business leaders who are not part of the Global Advisory can apply to participate in Foundational Courses, along with the A Step Ahead seminar series.
We kick off the autumn season with Metamorphosis - a special in-person event in London. Advisory members will gather to connect, discuss the external metamorphosis that they want to see, and reflect on their role in facilitating this. Those unable to join will be invited to the online briefing that follows.

Also, a new wave of leaders have recently been selected to join the advisory, and will contribute to additional roundtables in November.
A key takeaway from our journey with the global advisory this year is that business leaders need to become more skilled at Integrating Competing Priorities. This autumn we will explore this in more depth via the A Step Ahead seminar series. In particular - how to stay focussed on what matters in spite of overstuffed business agendas, diffuse tension amongst polarised stakeholders, and take ownership for your ripple effects without losing your sense of personal balance.
