The Global Advisory
The Agents of Change initiative is supported by an advisory of established business leaders and subject matter experts from all over the world. Their roles position them at the coalface of trends in technology, sustainability, geopolitics, HR and governance within their organisations. Each advisor has been carefully selected based on the credibility of their perspective, alignment with CSL values, and commitment to being a change agent.

Our
Story
Agents of Change 2024
In 2024, Agents of Change went on a world tour that spanned five continents - convening business leaders at the Sustainable Finance Factory in London and at United Nations offices in New York, Santiago, Singapore and Accra. This journey culminated with the closing of the London Stock Exchange on 17 September.
Agents of Change 2025
In 2025, we will strengthen our global ripple effects on the business sector. We will build on momentum from the trusted relationships that we established in 2024 to expand our advisory and support more change agents. We will also consolidate and build on insights from last year's journey and make these accessible to a broader audience.
