About Elias

Researcher for Agents of Change
Head of Sustainable Transformation
and Executive Coach at CSL 

As Principal Coach and Co-Facilitator of CSL's Walk the Tightrope Leadership Programme, Elias Westerdahl has helped numerous senior executives to achieve significant leadership breakthroughs since 2014. He has also designed team and organisational interventions using CSL’s Getting in Sync toolkit and co-facilitated their implementation to achieve transformative results.

 

As a researcher, Elias previously co-led the interview process for CSL's first round of Mindful Exclusion research, which focussed on the effectiveness of grassroots change agents within an organisational system. This included one of the largest qualitative studies of employee network leaders and sponsors at major organisations in the UK.  


Outside of CSL, Elias is an active contributor to grassroots initiatives with a meaningful impact on society. In addition to serving as Co-Chair of the Precious Awards which celebrates the professional achievements for women of colour in the UK, he is also a Patron for Brightstars, a charity supporting young people with autism.

 

Elias has a BSc in Business and Environmental Studies with first-class honours from the University of Hertfordshire. He also has an Advanced Diploma and a Systemic Team Coaching Certificate from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
