Justine Lutterodt is a recognised authority on leadership, ethics and systemic change in the business sector. 

 

As a coach, Justine specialises in supporting visionary C-suite leaders to leave a meaningful legacy. She brings over twenty years of working with corporate executives to her practice, and has led numerous teams and entire divisions through transformation. Her project work connecting senior leaders with marginalised groups to ensure a healthy flow of power has received multiple awards. 

 

Prior to founding the Centre in 2010, Justine served as Marketing Director at Quality Training Systems, where she reconfigured the customer relationship and pricing strategy to prepare the business for sale. Before this, Justine was at Monitor (Deloitte), a management consultancy founded by strategy guru Michael Porter. Here she gained initial experience leading teams, along with exposure to a broad range of sectors and cutting-edge methodologies.  

 

Outside of CSL, Justine is a NED for The Chartered Governance Institute UK&I and Founder of the Africa Women’s Circle.  In the past, Justine has been recognised as one of Britain’s Most Influential Black Entrepreneurs (BE Mogul) and one of the City’s 30 Most Influential Female Industry Changemakers (Brummell Magazine). 

 

Justine holds a BA from Yale in Mathematics and Philosophy and an MSc from LSE in Organisational Psychology, both with distinction. She also has an Intermediate Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching and a certificate of completion from the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme.
