About Kristina

Researcher for Agents of Change
Head of Community Experience
and Executive Coach at CSL

Kristina Skybova is an Executive Coach for CSL’s Walk the Tightrope Leadership Programme. She brings a unique level of depth to her work, drawing from her lived experience of personal transformation. In doing so, she provides a safe space for coaching clients to explore the underlying patterns that keep them stuck, access their own wisdom to move forward in relation to their goals, and stay accountable to their future self.

Beyond her role as Coach, Kristina monitors the client experience across the CSL Leadership Community – using a mix of qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify patterns in perceptions and behaviour – and applies a similar skillset to enhance CSL’s client project work.

Additionally, Kristina regularly scans the horizon for trends in the business sector relating to governance, belonging, and geopolitical ripple effects. She provided research support for CSL’s 2021 and 2022 Mindful Exclusion Governance Reports.

Outside of CSL, Kristina is an Advisory Board Member at the University of Westminster.

Kristina has an LLB in Law with first-class honours from University of Westminster and an LLM in Corporate Law with Distinction from Queen Mary University. She holds a Practitioner Diploma and a Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching from Academy of Executive Coaching.
